Quite frankly I do not know why Stodolni Street should be of interest to tourists. I discovered this street by Accident It's the main and liveliest street in Ostrava Plenty of Bars a few Irish themed ones as well. Reasonable prices all round Variety of different food. It Was fairly quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday evening until On Fridays and Saturdays a lot of people, fun and noise.
In the week not even worth going for a beer with a friend. It is really small and boring comparing to Praha or Brno. Stodolni street is the main party street of this dodgy town, with lots of fast food, kind of clubs and bars. You may compare it to a little very little Soho, full of late-night bars and lots of noise and music. But otherwise not of any sightseeing or touristic value in I suppose this is the greatest disappointment of Ostrava. It is far from what it was 10 years ago. Just a street with a few pubs and fast food eateries.
No wonder most locals avoid this place and spend their money elsewhere We were there during the day - the street itself is boring, dull. Not much to see or take photographs. There are a few bars and restaurants - probably worth to come for a party in the night Well this review I wrote here only for turista.
If you want to have fun like in the bar and dancing etc. Recommend this street only on Friday, rest of the days are kind of boring and desperate.. If you want to party at night, this is THE place! There are many options for all kind of people. The alcohol is cheap. We were in several pubs where were so many people. When midnight came everyone went to the street and they celebrated new year.
Fun street with maybe eight lively bars - worth a visit for the good beers and street food I recommend going only in the weekends. Flights Vacation Rentals Restaurants Things to do. All of your saved places can be found here in My Trips. Log in to get trip updates and message other travelers.
